Comparison shopping for trailers is difficult because "base price" means something different at every shop. Ours means the trailer arrives able to trade. Seven items are on every platform in the fleet, from the 8 ft coffee trailer to the 14 ft pizza build.
- A clean water tank and a waste water tank, sized against the sink count so the tank and the sign-off agree.
- A water heater and a water pump, so the sinks run hot without a mains hookup.
- Outlets through the body, laid out against the equipment plan rather than evenly.
- 220 V service, wired in our shop rather than adapted afterwards.
- A service window with lights.
Why plumbing is the standard and not the option
Because it is the half of the build an inspector looks at first, and because a trailer that cannot pass a plumbing inspection cannot open. Selling the tanks as an extra would produce a lower headline price and a trailer you cannot trade out of, which is a worse deal wearing a better number.
What varies between platforms is the cookline and the cold storage — the parts that follow the menu. Those are listed per platform on each spec sheet, and sold on their own in the equipment shop.
Still deciding?
Send us the menu and where you plan to park. We will come back with a platform, a spec and the size rules that apply to it.
